Please include a note with the goods containing the following details:

1) Name and Contact details (Telephone number is preferable - but email will suffice).
2) Order Number
3) Reason for Return (Unwanted, Exchange for other size, coluor etc).

Whilst we endeavour to process you return as soon as possible - please allow 1 - 3 working days for us to process the return.
It may take 3 - 4 working days for any refunds to show in your account - this is a banking process and outside our control.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013 , the customer has the right to a cooling off period of fourteen (14) days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns can be indicated beforehand with THE MERCHANT customer service department. All goods must be returned to THE MERCHANT ADDRESS.

The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts, orders for any goods made to your specification, any downloaded goods or unsealed goods including but not limited to (DVD, CD, Tapes, Software, Video and audio).

Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging. The customer can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If the customer exercises the right to withdrawal, they have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

If the right to withdrawal is exercised, THE MERCHANT will make every effort to refund the customer within 14 days.

In the event of parcels being returned to JayJays due to failure to pay import duties/fees or refusal of delivery, the customer shall be responsible for any further fees/charges incurred.

The Snugpak® SF Bivvi Bag WGTE is perfect for UK Weather Conditions & protecting you from evaporative and convection heat loss and is one of the Ten Essential Items for Hillwalking & Mountaineering. The SF Bivvi bag WGTE is the ideal choice for adventure racers, bushcraft and emergency survival. The non-locking 1/2 length front zip allows rapid egress when you have to move fast and every second is critical. With a small volume and exceptionally lightweight properties, it can be folded or packed away as a stalwart item in your race pack, with or without a sleeping bag.

The bivvi bag, a term abbreviated from bivouac, a French word meaning ‘temporary encampment’, can be used as the bare minimum for light-weight summer races, or used in conjunction with an Adventure Race Sleeping System for harbour areas and longer excursions, all year round. The SF Bivvi Bag WGTE also performs in an emergency to protect against weather elements if you are benighted in less-than-ideal circumstances.

The technical fabric of the Snugpak SF Bivvi Bag WGTE, Paratex Dry, is breathable, allowing trapped moisture to escape from within the microclimate, keeping you warm, dry and comfortable. Paratex Dry moves moisture out of the sleeping system at an impressive 7.5L of moisture per m² per 24hours. The SF Bivvi bag WGTE is the ideal choice for fast and light ventures, adventure races and emergency survival. With a small volume and exceptional light weight, it can be folded of packed away as a stalwart item in your outdoor kit, with or without a sleeping bag. A 5000mm Hydrostatic Head for waterproof and windproof durability, creating an enclosed micro-climate that increases humidity and maintaining body temperature through the protection of evaporative and convection heat loss.

Snugpak Bivvi Bags come complete in Standard and Extra Large Sizes, which can be used with 4 Season or Expedition (Polar) based sleeping bags as well as the Snugpak AR Sleeping System.

Please Note: Snugpak Bivvi Bags have a solid coating, and although designed to be breathable, sufficient air cannot pass through the fabric to sustain breathing. To prevent suffocation do not seal any Bivvi Bag system completely.
